Through my extensive training in Yoga, hypnosis, NLP, I understand how your mind and body work, how to relax you quickly and easily and how to create better habits so you can fel how you want to feel.

 

Relaxation & Meditation Mornings and Evenings

Leave your worries, stresses, insecurities behind, learn how to use your breath and mind to find inner calm, connect with the real you , your inner peace, plant seeds of peace, happiness and bliss int he mind that will continue to grow.

  • Gentle stretches to relax the body
  • Breathing for calm, peace, vitality & healing energy
  • Meditation to focus the mind and plant positive seeds
  • Relaxation to totally let go and heal

When you are stressed in the mind it creates stree and "dis - ease" in the body. If you practice this it will become a habit and a way of life until "something gives". 

By relaxing, meditating and learning to breathe again you will be able to find peace of mind, healingin the body leading to "wellbeing" in life. As well as being able to create the life you want.

These sessions are 1.5 hours long and the cost per session is £15.00.  Relaxation/hypnosis evenings are 2 hours long and the cost per session is £20.00.

One-to-One Sessions

Whether you want to learn to meditate, relax, get rid of a phobia or a habit that is restricting your life, one-to-one sessions are especially designed for your needs. 

The consultation is free, sessions are £45 for hypnosis and NLP or deep relaxation/meditation (see hypnosis page).

Many people believe it is hard to relax or meditate, but it's like driving a car for the first time you just need to know how.

You will learn how to relax, how to breathe, how to meditate and use all these to create good feelings, calm, peace, happiness, confidence, success and wellbeing.
