Learn to move your body with ease, using therapeutic exercises, Yoga and breath control. You will eliminate/reduce your pain, by unwinding patters of tension, stress and anxiety. As your patterns of strain and tension unwind, your breathing, energy and wellbeing will improve.

Yoga Therapy is a technique using gentle movements and poses easing straing and tension, not creating it. We  will work within the limits of your own movement improving flexibility, range of motion, and body comfort.



How your body moves is unique, but often it is the way that you move that can create your aches and pains. These sessions are designed specifically to unwind your body. I watch how and where your body is moving with tension, strain or compensation, then custom tailor your sessions to unravel these patterns so your body can move with ease and relax. As your tension releases your body will become stronger, more stable. Your flexibility, breath, energy and whole being will improve. You will also be given a custom home program to help you to keep improving. These sessions can be tailored to improve your everyday life, sport interests, or hobbies. I also work alongside Physiotherapists, Osteopaths etc., enhancing existing care programs.

My classses are designed to teach your body to move and breathe with ease, so you unravel your tension and anxieties. This creates stability (without using tension) and movement that is relaxed allowing your mobility to improve without strain.
