All retreats have a slightly different focus however this is an example of what you can expect from a typical retreat schedule.  

Retreat Programme

Friday
6pm – Arrival and Welcome
6.15pm – Yoga Asana
7pm – Dinner- Introductions and Chat 
8.30 – 9.30pm Chanting, Meditation and Relaxation.  

Saturday

7 – 7.45am Pranayama (breathing)
8.15am Breakfast 
9.45 – 12.45am Yoga Asana, Relaxation/Meditation

1pm Lunch 
2.30 - 4pm Hypnosis, NLP & Meditation
4pm Afternoon Tea

Free time

7pm  Relaxation & Meditation

Sunday

8am Pranayama & Chanting

9am Breakfast

10.30 - 12.45pm Yoga Asana, Meditation/Relaxation

1pm Lunch

2pm - 2.45pm Hynosis and NLP

4pm Tea and cake
Farewells and Departure

* All of the workshops and activities on this schedule are optional
* Everyone works to their own ability
* The times are a guideline and may be subject to change
* Please bring with you a mat, blocks, belt and a blanket
  (there are some spare available on a first come first served b
asis)

*The retreat is about fun, tranquility, peace and happiness
